The conference is being held on the 1st floor (2nd floor for North Americans etc.) at:
- Pullman Reef Hotel and Casino
- 35-41 Wharf St, Cairns City QLD 4870
There is paid parking available in the basement.
Registration will be open:
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on the 22nd and 23rd
- 8:00am until 3:30pm on the 24th.

Upon arrival collect your delegate badge and bag from the registration desk.
When you register you will be asked if you will be attending the banquet and the welcome reception. This helps us with planning and helps prevent food wastage.
Your badge has two QR codes on the back, one to download the most up to date program and the other to download the delegate proceedings.
Attendance certificates can be downloaded and printed from EDAS from the 22nd of July.
Safety
- Cairns is a safe tourist destination. You can walk around at night without problems.
- Do not swim in the river, beach, or waterfront. There really are crocodiles and bull sharks.
- There is a public (free) swimming ‘artificial beach’ area on the Esplanade that is safe for swimming. You can also use your hotel swimming pool.
There is a restaurant strip along the Esplanade within easy walk from the conference venue.
